The doctor said she would send a prescription to my preferred pharmacy, but the pharmacy never received it. Thus 2 days later, I still do not have the medication. I will have to expedite.

There were two options for my back/spine. She chose, she didn't even give me the opportunity to chose which procedure I prefer. One requires I come back every 3 months for the the same thing. The other is a routine surgery that should fix it, 1,2 3!

My appointment was with Shannon Keller and she was excellent. She listened t attentively to my concerns, answered any questions, explained what x-rays showed and recommended a plan of care which I agreed to.

PA Keller was excellent. I was given plenty of time and she answered all my questions. She has a cheerful, caring personality along with being very professional and thorough. Will definitely recommend her to others and will come back if needed.
