My care provider was Shannon Keller who was very helpful, listen to me, explained to me in full details of the x-rays that was taken while I was in the ER and she explained that a MRI scan would be more helpful to see the condition of my neck back, etc. I really appreciate her concern and the way she treated me. She made me feel as if she really cared about me and my situation.

She listened to my concerns and understood how frustrated I was with doing everything I been asked to try and nothing been working and referred me over to thoracic surgery department
