Excellent visit

I really appreciate how she went above and beyond the call of duty to thoroughly explain and show me the issue that I have in my spine.

Despite images not being available due to computer issues, all aspects were explained thoroughly. Further information on future treatments were discussed and a plan of action was started.

My appointment was to have the staples from my surgery removed. I clearly stated that I was having abdominal pain and she looked at my belly and said that was normal. She didn't ask any questions or suggest any tests or treatment. Now I find out I have some sort of bacterial infection along with a UTI. I cannot stand, transfer or walk and she said that would all take time. I NEVER expected this. I thought I would walk out ofnthe rehab hospital and go home. Now I'm told I need long-term therapy.

She explained the MRI better than anyone has explained an MRI to me previously.
