She had told us on 2 different occasions she was going to meet with the surgeon to discuss my daughter. 4 unnecessary trips all the way to not get any answers. A surgeon also should have been the one to go over our scans. (MRI,CT)

My care provider was Shannon Keller who was very helpful, listen to me, explained to me in full details of the x-rays that was taken while I was in the ER and she explained that a MRI scan would be more helpful to see the condition of my neck back, etc. I really appreciate her concern and the way she treated me. She made me feel as if she really cared about me and my situation.
