I went in for 1st visit and to have Cystoscopy. The nurse spoke with me was kind, seemed to care about my concerns. She got me ready on the table, the Dr walked in greeted me DID NOT NUMB ME and jammed camera in, looked for less than 2 mins trying to tell me I was wrong about duplicate ureters.. My bladder looked fine, never spoke with me about my concerns. Was very rude when I was trying to ask how using estrogen cream would stop the horrible pain in left kidney, bladder and blood in urine for years with no infection. She did not explain to me anything she spent less than 8 minutes with me for a $12,000 procedure. She had horrible bedside manner, showed no concern or interest in my concerns. Especially about my 25 year old bladder sling. My moderate blood In urine, the PAIN In my left kidney around back and bladder. I won't be going back nor would I recommend her. I have never felt so dismissed and felt like a dr did not care. I have had to google about why a cream in my vagina might help bleeding ive had for 6 years along with having kidney stone 3 times in past 6 years but she wouldnt even have me check for kidney stones bc I had ct IN MARCH 2026. ESTROGEN cream won't fix kidney stones, wont fix kidney pain, I am hurting more now today than I was before I went.

Doctor is awesome and personable. She makes me feel like my concerns are important.

Both Dr Kaufman and Resident listened and answered my questions and gave me a care plan to follow. Excellent care.

Dr. Kauffman has been extremely helpful and kind in dealing with my bladder issues. The medicine she prescribed replaced three others and has been much more efficacious than previous treatments.

I have seen Dr. Kaufman twice and have been very impressed by her.
