My son has seen Dr Jabs for almost 14 years now. She is nice and definitely knowledgeable Dr when you can actually see her in person. However, over the past year to year and a half it's been almost impossible to get her or any nurse on her staff to respond to emails. I have literally emailed on 5-6 separate occasions over the last 2 years and the nurse may respond to 25% and the Dr has only responded once despite dozens of emails and calls. This particular visit after waiting 2 hours we never even saw the Dr and have yet to receive an email or call from her.

Dr. Jabs will listen to a concern, let us explain our viewpoint and discuss it with us. She knows how to treat patients and the family with dignity and concern. She is the best!

She did not focus on main area of concern. She continually asked about other areas, despite me asking to talk about the only reason we were there.
