Even though Dr. Izzy had been delayed by a previous patient, he still took plenty of time to address my issues. He was well informed, well spoken, and very kind.

We met with Dr. Izzys resident Intern first. She is very thorough in making a preliminary evaluation that she could present to Dr. Izzy before he came in. She probably spent 30 minutes or more in her original assessment. After a brief meeting with Dr. Izzy she came back with him for our primary visit. Together they spent approximately 45 minutes going over my history and explain to me about the steps that would be done to help improve my medical well-being.

While I felt my history and concerns were not sufficiently addressed in my appointment, I messaged Dr. Izzy my concerns. He called me back the same day and we talked through everything. I now feel very satisfied with my care. That type of care and initiative is important. I rate him 5 in responding to concerns.

He is a very kind guy. Your feel like he has you in his hands and he will take care of you.

Dr. Izzy explains everything exceptionally well and answers all questions very thoroughly.
