The issue is that Dr Hung do not respond to the portal or call when there is an issue with lab work. I had lab work done on March 21st which showed my BNP level at 1545 which is over 10 times the normal rate and have yet to hear back from her. I left three portal request and make a phone call to no avail. Her assistant called me once and said he would get back to me but never has. Dr Hung seems to be a good doctor, but her following is concerning.
