Dr. Huddleston always listens to what I have to say. He is very thorough with questions about what I have been experiencing in my Long Covid journey. I had to cancel an appt with him scheduled for February. My mother had been hospitalized and then had surgery during which time I had many flares, several trips back and forth and almost a month in total of being with her, during which I had a couple of big flares of LC. I had to wait to reschedule till I knew she would be stable. Subsequently, I had gotten much better after she was stable and many of the problems I had during my flares were better when I saw him on Tuesday. However, I was able to discuss what worked to help me during the flares and also what I think was another active case of covid I had during late April/early May. I feel supported and encouraged by Dr. Huddleston and so thankful that the medication and the supplements he prescribes work so well for me.

Dr. Huddleston is extremely knowledgeable, listens well--I feel both seen and heard. He is compassionate and genuinely seems to care about his patients. I had Covid Feb. 2020. It took 6 weeks before I was able to function. It has affected my whole life. Dr. Huddleston recognized that I am suffering from long Covid. He asked if I was a visual or auditory learner..I said visual. He got colored markers and literally drew sketch of the dynamics. Very helpful. He gave me referrals to videos which I watched..He prescribed supplements and a prescription. He was so kind and respectful. People think I'm crazy when I say how I feel and my symptoms. I quit sharing. Dr. Huddleston believes me. I have someone that I can trust. If only I had known years ago that someone was treating long Covid, I would have called immediately. This is the sickest that I have ever been, including cancer twice. Covid is absolutely real. I got it at the beginning before vaccines, masks, etc The news was telling people not to go to doctor or ER unless you couldn't breathe or temperature of 104. I did have fever but a little under that. Dr. Huddleston seems to be quite aware of how to move me back to health although he does explain it will take take time. Vanderbilt might consider TV ad that a long Covid unit exists so others may have the exceptional care of Dr. Huddleston. He's a blessing. I am also asthmatic so I most definitely get all my vaccinations, including the flu. He us truly an asset to Vanderbilt. Thank you for this opportunity to give feedback.

Excellent and always informative. Listens and always explains everything. Gives ample time.

Dr. Huddleston has been one of, if not the best provider I've seen. He is genuinely invested in my care and is very open minded about any sx or I'm experiencing. He goes the extra mile to explain everything and even drew my a diagram explaining some of the pathology causing some of my symptoms.

Dr. Huddleston listens carefully to my concerns and addresses them to the best of his ability. The care he has for his patients is very evident.

This is the first doctors visit that I have experienced where someone actually listened to me fully understood my disease process

I suffer from a range of issues associated with a prior COVID infection & Dr. Huddleston was the first dr. I've seen In 4 years that listened to me, believed me, & understood what I've been going through. He also had a treatment plan. It was a truly wonderful & eye opening experience.
