Kayla Hines worked with me trying to find a solution for a health issue that is getting progressively worse. She is one of the few health care professionals that finally gave me some answers.

Very good questions concerning my issue. She followed through with suggestions for my care and advised me of what I may need. She came into the room prepared with my history& what has been done.

Kayla Hines was very thorough and complete with her questions and explanations for me. She gave me time to ask about the things I wasn't sure of, and gave me answers and reassurance when I needed it.

I got the Bums Rush. She couldn't wait to get out the door. I was trying to share a report on my phone and with her interruptions, it was taking longer. She kept telling me, something wasn't on my phone, but, in fact, it was. I was trying to clarify the disease in my back. But she was standing up and repeatedly trying to shove papers into my hands, that she could clearly see I was setting the papers down to get a report for her. And she kept shoving the papers into my hands. Then she was running out the door still talking.

Did not feel rushed. It felt like she was being very thourough and explained in detail the thought process of the situation and going forward what the diagnostic plan would be and why. Very efficient as well.
