Gave great explanations for recommendations. Showed empathy for my current season of life as a busy mom with a full time job. Took this into consideration when discussing next steps as well as proactively planning for the future by calling in ear drops to have on hand.

My son is a very active 4 year old and she Is very patient with him and he actually enjoys going there now!
