I've enjoyed my interactions with Dr. Helmer. I believe this is my roughly 4th visit.

Dr. Helmer is always very concerned about my well being as well as the situation and well being of other members of my Family. I highly recommend her services to anyone searching for a caring Medical Professional.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Helmer. She is an amazing PCP and I hope she knows how much she is appreciated. During visits, she sits down and is in full listener-mode. She treats you as a WHOLE and not one singular concern. And she answers every odd and silly question I have. I feel I truly have a partner in my health and I am so thankful to have her!

Dr. Helmer was very helpful and clear. She always stopped to hear my questions and did a very good job of explaining anything I didn't fully understand.

I found Dr. Helmer very interested in my medical history and believe she wants to set me up for addressing all my care needs. She actively listened and allowed me to speak with put interrupting. I really appreciate that, as it has not always been my experience with other providers in my past.
