I'm over the moon with Dr Helmer. Needed a new PCP as my last one moved on to other opportunities. Dr Helmer listened to every single concern I had and not only gave me advice that will help me with my diet questions, but was open to my desires about various medications I'm taking. I truly appreciate a doctor who so obviously cares about her patients.
