Dr. Aisha has an excellent bedside manner and truly knows me as her patient. She consistently takes the time to review everything thoroughly from my current medications and their effectiveness, to whether refills are needed or medications should be removed from my profile. She also follows up on any issues from previous appointments and ensures nothing is overlooked.During sick visits, particularly my most recent one, her level of care was exceptional. When I contacted the office days earlier regarding worsening asthma symptoms, I was told my message would be passed along and that Dr. Aisha might receive it that day or the next. Given that I have asthma, this was concerning. I therefore sent Dr. Aisha a message directly, knowing that if she saw it, she would take care of me; and that is exactly what she did.Shortly afterward, I received two text messages from Publix notifying me that prescriptions were ready for pick up. Dr. Aisha had promptly called in an inhaler and albuterol for my nebulizer. During my visit, she developed a comprehensive treatment plan and provided clear follow-up instructions should my condition worsen. I was also given a steroid injection in the office for immediate relief.While I cannot speak to the exact amount of time spent during the visit, I can confidently say as always that the care was thorough and never rushed. Before concluding, Dr. Aisha once again asked if there was anything else she could do for me, which speaks volumes about her level of care and commitment to her patients.
