I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent appointment. The visit felt extremely rushed, and the provider did not take the time to sit down or engage in a meaningful discussion about my concerns. The interaction was brief, hurried, and lacked the level of professionalism and attentiveness I expect in a medical setting.I was not given adequate information regarding my condition or plan of care, nor was I asked whether I had any questions before the appointment concluded. As a result, I left with significant confusion and multiple unanswered questions about my health.Additionally, the provider's demeanor came across as dismissive and overly self-assured, which made the experience feel impersonal and uncomfortable. Patients deserve clear communication, respect, and the opportunity to participate in their own care decisions.I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to meaningful improvement in patient interactions moving forward.
