I continue to be extremely impressed with Dr. Ford. I have never met a doctor who draws the situation on paper to help her patient understand what is going on. She did not rush me and answered each question that I asked. I have some stenosis and scar tissue, so the exam is usually very painful. She took time to track down pediatric instruments (wow!?), was very gentle, and explained what she was doing at each point. She also told me multiple times to let her know if the exam became too uncomfortable. This really helped my anxiety and allowed me to tolerate the exam. I was also extremely embarrassed, but her laid back and very caring attitude and approach helped me to be at ease. It is difficult to put into words how well she made an embarrassing and painful visit turn into 'no big deal'

I think the world of Dr. Ford! She is relatable and has an outstanding bedside manner, coupled with her deep knowledge and expertise. Of all the colorectal specialists I've seen over the years, she's at the top. Dr. Ford always talks through what she's doing and makes me feel comfortable. I can't share enough nice comments about her. I trust her 100% with managing my care.

Dr Molly Ford was exceptionally attentive & thorough & compassionate from beginning to end. I am so grateful to her in every and her team in every way. She is an asset to Vanderbilt and your staff.
