She listen and worked with me so we could do some visits on line so I wouldn't have to travel as much to Nashville which is a true Blessing for some times for me a 5 hour drive can be more like a 10 hour drive in my condition After the appointment she also helped me through steps to get where I needed to be This is the best hospital that I have ever had to work withThank k you all for your love and support

Lauren is awesome! I arrived quite early and figured I'd be waiting until at least my scheduled appointment time, but I was taken back quickly and then only waited like 2-3 minutes before Lauren came in. She's a fantastic provider with a wonderful personality who takes the time needed to explain everything in an easy-to-understand way. You can also see that she's genuinely happy to see help patients progressing well in their care plan and achieving positive outcomes. Very refreshing!

Lauren Fletcher was outstanding as usual, friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and very considerate of my time. For example, I was able to obtain an injection during this visit of a medication for which I've had to travel to Vanderbilt from Spring Hill every much. Much appreciated
