There was no rapport building attempts from her at all in terms of friendliness. She was cold and dry. It was uncomfortable and I was clearly uncomfortable and mentioned not having a PCP in years and she did nothing to encourage me to come back. She even said that she wasn't too concerned about my symptoms which might have been helpful if it weren't so dismissive. I made sure not to use deodorant bc the issue was under my arms and I expressed my apologies for that and she did nothing to reassure me at all. Horrible experience. I couldn't wait for it to be over.

My care team even proposed my next year's blood work to be scheduled before I left the office. I am happy to report great blood work and a total resolution of my initial concerns from a November blood draw. I feel much better in the care of Vandy and VA than I have ever felt in my whole life. Thanks team :)
