I appreciated the TIC I received. They were compassionate, patient, and made me feel safe and in control of the entire process. They took the time to explain and clarify why they did and got my consent/checked in with me. I felt like they really cared about me as a person, and they even reassured me that I was not being a difficult patient when I asked questions about everything and took a long time to decide if I wanted to consent to everything they recommended. This was a very healing experience for me, and I can't recommend my providers enough
