Maria is an excellent listener. She understood my concerns and involved me in the process. She suggested care that was appropriate to my problems. She is very good at explaining what might be going on and in developing a plan for me to follow, including tests that will better pinpoint the problem. I highly recommend her!

NP Cruz was a patient, focused listener and clear, thorough and knowledgeable in counseling me on what actions I should take and WHY to start Improving Gastro function. A forward plan that made sense.

Overall very good experience with Maria Cruz but when she asked my permission to use software to record the visit and take AI notes, she said it would make her life a whole lot easier if I gave permission. I felt pressured to say yes even though I didn't want to. I was afraid she might be mad if I didn't say yes.
