Provider was fine but approach seemed more routine and not very personable for a first time visit.

The PA explained his thought and reccomendations and that he would discuss them with my dr and get back with me on the portal

He took all the time we feel like we needed. Very attentive to our needs and concerns.

Dr Cross took time to listen, answer questions, & discuss options of treatment. Was very kind & he did not rush when issues were discussed. He is great.
