Dr.Cross was Irritated from the moment he walked into the room. He questioned me on why I was seeing him and not seeing Dr. Anna Beecham as she was the one on my case. Questioned why I didn't message in the app to see Dr.Anna. Informed me that Doctor hopping Is not something they do there. Stated He wasn't prepared for my visit as he wasn't my Dr. He was very blunt, rude and insensitive. I will not be back if this is how patients are treated.

Dustin has proved multiple times that he lacks any compassion with his care. I will not be returning as a patient of his. During the entire visit, I felt like I was an annoyance. My concerns were dismissed and overlooked. I was not listened to at all.

Absolutely positive meeting. I was allowed to ask questions and Dustin Cross gave clear answers.

I am not sure why my wait time to see Dustin Cross after I got to the exam room was so long, but that was the only thing I could possibly complain about. And since everything else was so very good, I see no reason to actually complain about that.
