I didn't feel there was enough time to talk over my concerns. I had trouble explaining something and I don't think I ever got it right and time was up before I asked about something else.

Dr Craig always listens and makes sure I'm informed and comfortable. I feel included in the decisions in my care and I never feel rushed when I'm with her. I can't express what a wonderful clinician she is and her bedside manner is genuine.
