Dr. Copeland is outstanding! He asks probing questions and thoroughly listens. His recommendations are comprehensive and caring. He obviously knows what he is talking about but doesn't come across as telling you what to do. He makes sure you understand what he is saying and have buy in on any treatment. Best doctor I have ever had!

Dr Copeland took his time listened to my concerns and provided the necessary feedback regarding my situation. Explains everything in details and in lamen terms where I could understand my condition.

Dr. Copeland is the best. He always listens and gives thoughtful replies. He never condescends (I've had many doctors over the years who have done that and I hate it), and he genuinely cares. He's always calm. He's always thorough. He always makes sure that I understand whatever course of action he is thinking and am in agreement before proceeding. He is the best doctor I have ever had.
