Heidi Chen is an excellent doctor and a wonderful human being. She gave me wonderful care, and we were on the same wavelength the entire visit. We even had fun! What a great Doctor!

Dr. Chen was very efficient, answered my questions, basically said I had no restrictions, and discussed possible risks at the end of our discussion. She did not go into detail with how the procedure was performed, did not say someone else would be doing the actual procedure, and did not discuss possible benefits.
