Dr Chastain is my all time favorite doctor. He is so sharp and thorough and he explains complex things in a way that is easy to understand. Dr Chastain is such a bright light: kind, caring and all around an excellent physician. While I'm glad he cured me, took great care of me, I am sad I won't see him again. If he ever offers PCP services please let me know because I trust him with my life!

Dr. Chastain was arguably one of the best providers I have ever seen. He was personable, friendly, and eager to answer any questions while also educating me (and the medical students and resident whom were also present and were also wonderful). Vanderbilt Health really set a high bar with this visit, as a healthcare professional of 6 years (and a new nursing student) I have seen quite a few providers over the years in a personal and professional setting.

Ever consistent, Dr. Chastain provided exceptional care and concern for my wellbeing!
