I have a great deal of confidence in my surgeon, but I felt unsettled after my consultation with Caroline Casiano, P.A.-C. I am experiencing a serious complication - my nipple appears to be detaching - and I was hoping for a more direct and reassuring discussion about the plan of care. Unfortunately, her overly cheerful demeanor did not match the seriousness of my concerns, and I left the appointment without a clear understanding of the team's plan moving forward.
