She was great for the first visit. No complaints at all!!

For this to be the first prenatal appointment, it was disappointing. I felt that the provider was not prepared for my visit. The information I was given is the same I can find with a Google search. There was no exam. When I mentioned a concern, I was told if it gets worse to go to the ED. I also work in healthcare and read charts daily. When I read through the notes from my visit, there were things mentioned that were never discussed, and the information was not true. That information could have been correct had my chart been reviewed being that I've been a patient at this facility for several years. This was not how I imagined my first prenatal appointment to go.

She was really very nice

Nice person but didn't address any of my concerns mentioned to the nurse

The nursing assistant was great but the doctor we saw has been consistently someone I would prefer not to see as my doctor. She is sweet and kind once in the room but there have been a few things that I have been disappointed with over the course of this pregnancy.

Belinda was amazing, I wish I had come to her years again.

Again orders have not been put in for me to get labs done or an ultrasound. Being my first pregnancy I'm very disappointed

Doctor was very nice and informed us a lot! Gave us good information and made everything fast and easy! Can't wait to work with her more in the future.

My care provider had the best bedside manners I have experienced in a very long time. She was kind, friendly, empathic, compassionate, confident, and skillful. As well as very thorough and helpful with strong communication skills. She thoroughly covered all the information regarding the birth control I wanted to recieve. She also communicated through my whole papsmear examination, making me feel calm. The best bedside manners I've received in a very long time.
