Blake P. Brookshire MD

Dr. Brookshire is a family medicine physician and assistant professor of Clinical Medicine at Vanderbilt Health. He earned his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and his medical degree from the University of Texas. He completed residency at West Virginia University, where he served as a chief resident, and received clinical safety training at MD Anderson. Dr. Brookshire is board certified in Family Medicine. Prior to joining Executive Wellness and Concierge Medicine in 2025, he practiced with the Vanderbilt University Student Health Center.
