The provider I saw completely dismissed my concerns and I left feeling unheard and dismissed. It was the worse experience I've had seeing a doctor.

Very kind and made sure I was able to ask any questions. He was wonderful.

I had read reviews. Some said he rushed them. I did NOT feel rushed at all. Quite the opposite. He made sure we had no more questions before we left.

For what was supposed to be a surgical consult was treated as a first time patient appt. The provider seemed to not like anything my main provider has done with my care(which has been exceptional and truly beneficial to me). This provider let me know that if I lost weight everything would be solved. Didn't seem to be worried about mentioned low iron continuously dropping(even after Infusion) or previous bleeding issues(the main reason I was referred).

I have no intention of returning to Vanderbilt Health for GYN care if I can help it. This is the third deeply unsatisfactory experience that I've had where I felt the person giving me care had no time to listen or address my concerns, was in a rush to move to the next patient, where I wasn't sure if I was supposed to leave and then how I was supposed to get out of the space. I'm going through a lot with this issue and over the last two years Vanderbilt has been a great source of disappointment when it comes to this particular issue. I have excellent experiences with other providers for the other health issues I'm being treated for.
