When I tell you I don't want to take certain medications, you don't need to go around and around about it with me. I'm allowed to make my own decisions without being strong-armed over a wasted period of time that took away from a couple of other things I felt like needed to be addressed. Just RESPECT MY DECISON AND MOVE ON.

Jessica was very patient and thorough with me when I had additional concerns and the conversation went longer than a regular annual visit. I appreciate her willingness to be there with me and not make me feel like a nuisance at any point.

Jessica Borrenpohl is beyond great at her job. I drive over 2 hours away from home just to be seen by her. She's very knowledgeable and professional and she listens to everything and provides feedback.
