Amy is a highly competent medical professional. She listens to issues and concerns and actually looks you in the eye when talking with you. Her follow-up post appointment is excellent. She does a good job of discussing issues in English vs. Doctor technical talk. I feel fortunate that my doctor (Izzy) has such a caring and competent assistant. .
