Alexandra Biro NP was amazing. Discussed everything, very thorough, professional, answered all our questions, didn't rush us, seemed concerned, and the list goes on. She was AWESOME! Truly appreciate everything. Didn't reply on the nurse or Med asst (was not sure of title). She did everything, weight, meds, BP. Very efficient, and also took her time. Didn't rush us and printed a new list of meds.Thanks to both for being so nice. It's wonderful to get to have someone that wants to help the patient. They smile and talk to you. You don't see this in most Dr's offices anymore. Thanks to both for caring and helping!!!

NP Biro is absolutely one of the best medical providers I have ever seen as a patient. She did not rush me, had an excellent bedside manner, worked with my PCP, and explained things on my level. She is a 10/10 provider. I cannot say enough good things about her and her patient care.

She seemed rushed and spend most of the time typing even asking me to pause talking while she typed in notes. I'd rather have the appointment recorded and her listen to me and my concerns.
