She has no bedside manner and does not take into account. What is difficult to do with children.

No one looked at my eyes except with a light and then tried different prisms. My cataract surgeon didn't understand why I am seeing double after cataract surgery and sent me here for answers. But I got no answers and am being told that now I probably need to see a different doctor. But I was also told to call the surgeon back in two weeks after the doctor here sent him some notes that he has a chance to read. It's very frustrating when your already at an eye institute and then be told the doctor I was sent to can't help me. I'm back to square one again.

Everyone there was super helpful. The frustration is how long you wait, after your appointment time, to even get back to see the doctor. We were in the clinic for three hours. This is unacceptable. Though it was a longer appointment due to her having her eyes dilated, we waited over and over again to speak with the doctor, get her glasses tested. Every step of the appointment took longer than what we are used to at the Children's Eye Clinic with Dr Patterson in Wisconsin.
