We were told when getting her cast on that we would learn how to take it off in the event of her swelling significantly, but we're never showed or talked to by staff.

This was a follow up visit with Lydia for an issue with our baby's foot. Lydia was extremely thorough in examining him, and after consulting other providers she recommended that we get a second opinion from a surgeon because the issue was difficult to assess. We really appreciate her dedication to taking the time to determine the best possible treatment for our child.

The APRN we saw was absolutely great! She was so kind and patient with our son and allowed him to speak and hold his own X-ray, so he felt involved, she did a great job at explaining our options and gave us multiple options, so that we were completely educated and knew we were making the best decision for our child
