Overview
Rapid fat and skin contraction (currently marketed as AlluraTM Body) is a technique that uses advanced laser technology to help you achieve a slimmer appearance. The energy waves from the laser weaken the fat cells, so they can be more easily removed. Laser contouring promotes new collagen production, so the skin doesn't sag once the fat cells are removed.
The treatment is most effective for small pockets of stubborn fat. Common areas include the chin/neck, upper back, male chest, and sometimes abdomen and thighs if there is a small enough volume.
