Cervical laminectomy and fusion

A cervical laminectomy and fusion is a procedure during which a section of bone is removed from the rear of one or more vertebrae along your spine. It’s done to relieve the painful and disabling pressure of stenosis. After the section of bone is removed, your spine is then stabilized with rods and screws.
