Felt the provider was checking boxes and not attentive to discussion about events and concern of ear pain. She referred to visit as hearing loss - I've not had problems with hearing loss - it's ear pain with noises. She now wants me to have a CT scan of ears and If I refuse CT - I can move to hearing aids_ Again, I'm not seeing her about hearting loss. I'd like a different provider ASAP

While I was happy about the amount of time Dr. Walker spent with me, she didn't explain what she was doing or how it related to my condition. She also didn't explain why she was referring me to see someone else.

Doctor was informative. Explained procedures and the steps for care process. Professional, friendly, and informative.

All the staff encountered at the otolaryngology department was helpful.
