I would have appreciated more time to understand where I was coming from and to build the practitioners understanding of what I had been dealing with. It felt like she quickly leapt to a new diagnosis.

I was so impressed! Bloodwork was ordered to better evaluate all my concerns. I had my blood drawn around 4:30 PM and had a full write up on my bloodwork the next morning, around 8:00 AM. I have never seen such great attention to my requests by a medical professional. It was easy to get an appointment and I could not be happier.

She did not have great bedside manner and seemed very irritated with me about declining the scope. As a dentist, I thought it was very unprofessional that I could hear her talking negatively about me behind the door of my room.

I could not have been more impressed. NP Walker was not feeling well herself this day. Yet, she spent considerable time evaluating my condition and employed several techniques to clear my ear canal. I think she went the extra mile.

The way she talked to us as if we were ignorant. She didn't explain to us what she planned to do until we asked. She didn't explain anything. When I asked questions, she just told me to read the after-care instructions. We are in medical field but not familiar with ENT. It feels totally dismissive to be treated like this. We felt so bad we decided to cancel our next appointment and not return.
