Audrey helped me with my questions on a follow up procedure, I had had my first MRI and was a bit surprised about the out of pocket cost. She put my mind at ease that it shouldn't be a reoccurring expense and gave me the information to request a discount if my deductible has not been met for the follow up MRI.

I felt like my appointment was completely rushed. I'm not sure if I was a work in or what, but if that's the case I would have waited until another day for an appt when the provider had more time. She was backing out the door as I was still trying to ask questions about my main concern that I was there for. I had one other concern that I never even got to bring up.
