I will not see this NP again if I have any option. 1at person I have seen at Vanderbilt that dod not seem confident and capable. I had an abnormal mammogram and she seemed totally out of her depth in explaining the situation and did not give me any confidence that she knew what she was speaking of or what it meant. Could not seem to locate problem area on scan and just generally seemed unsure of herself. Nice enough person but do not want her treating me.

Kendra was thorough and kind. It was easy to understand her explanations.

This could have been a phone call. I do not understand why I was brought in only to be told that there was no one available to do my surgery. We interacted for less than 5 minutes, there was a short exam. Things we discussed were ignored in that scans were ordered that were done less than 6 months ago. Just felt like a waste of my time.

Asked about my family and remembered a past trip I had planned; listened and made me feel heard.

I felt like this provider didn't review my previous notes or test results ahead of time. It was like she had to remind herself who I even was, as she was meeting with me in the room. I felt unimportant and as though it was just a brush off. She also changed up her plan from previous visits. All the sudden she didn't seem very concerned with my care. In previous visits she was very informed and showed much more interest. Also leaving the room after the visit, she didn't even close the door behind her. I was in a gown, open in the front, and exposed. She left the room and left the door ajar before I could even change into my own clothes. I had to get up and close the door behind her so that I could change.

It would've helped for there to have been acknowledgment of the seriousness based on radiology reports and acknowledgment of the process being very scary. The provider yawned multiple times during our 5-10 minute encounter, and overall I felt a lack of sympathy/caring and support in the midst of a very scary time.

This was a immediate follow up after an MRI-- so there wasn't much to discuss
