Dr Brown Is wonderful. Very professional and caring.

I have always been less than satisfied with my several years association with Dr. Brown. He has neither explained fully to my understanding the condition he is treating me for. His follow-up notes have hardly any understandable information. In this case I was consulting him on a matter related to my dealings with my retinal surgeon and I had to continually ask him what the meaning was of what he was telling me. My biggest concern in this matter is that I have four Vanderbilt eye doctors dealing with me and there is no common consultation on my issue here.

Answers questions and makes sure you understand your treatment plan

Dr. Brown explained my care, issues and treatments in ways that I could understand. He answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed through my appointment. I also received care from someone that works with him and I was pleased with her care as well.

Dr. Brown is great. He's compassionate and spends enough time discussing my issues and addressing my concerns.

Great staff. Even though this was a little bit longer than I anticipated overall I really like the people and the staff and the doctor.
