She talked to my husband and I explained everything well

Dr explained what she was doing. And what to expect for surgery. She even asked my child if he would like for that to happen. She didn't explain or tell us the name of the drops she used to see if surgery could correct the eyelid. And she took longer than said time to re-enter the room. Which was fine. Other than child being impatient. And keeping up with it himself.
