Vanderbilt LifeFlight - bringing the hospital to the patient

Vanderbilt LifeFlight has been in operation since 1984 and provides immediate access to the region's only Level 1 Trauma Center, Burn Center and Children's Hospital. One call to Vanderbilt LifeFlight brings patients access to three modes of transportation: ambulance, helicopter, and airplane. In addition, through an experienced critical care transport crew, Vanderbilt LifeFlight brings the hospital to the patient while taking the patient to the hospital. Read more.
