Colin Armstrong, Ph.D.
Colin Armstrong teaches workshops and seminars on the topics of weight management, exercise adherence, medication adherence/persistence and stress & worry management. Colin received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of California and is a Licensed Psychologist (Health Services Provider). He has presented at numerous state and national conferences and is a frequent speaker at corporate events. Colin is published in a variety of peer-reviewed journals and has co-authored a book chapter on theories and strategies for promoting healthy lifestyles. Colin also has authored published guidelines on the topics of stress management and medication adherence/compliance.
In addition to his position at the Vanderbilt Dayani Center for Health and Wellness, Colin holds a faculty appointment in the Department of Psychology.
