Vanderbilt Health OnCall is for adults 18 years and older with non-emergency medical conditions, such as the flu or a minor injury. OnCall is a good option if you:

OnCall is not a replacement for emergency service. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
To schedule an OnCall appointment:
Be ready to provide the address for the visit, your phone number, credit card or insurance information, billing address and email. If you request a visit using the online form or app, be alert for a call back from (615) 241-6000 to confirm your visit.
After your visit is confirmed, your OnCall provider will arrive within two hours. (Note: Provider arrival times may be slightly longer when patient volumes are high).
To cancel a scheduled visit, use the cancel feature in the app or call (615) 241-6000. You can cancel with no fee up until your request has been accepted by a provider or within 5 minutes of making your request. After the cancellation window, you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee but not the cost of your visit.
Most insurances are accepted. If using insurance, the out-of-pocket cost will vary depending on the level of service provided and insurance coverage plan(s), including copays, coinsurance and deductibles. Contact your insurance company for information about what services are covered by your plan.
Self-pay visits are $149. Lab tests, first dose medications and additional treatments are priced separately.
All Vanderbilt Health OnCall providers are credentialed nurse practitioners employed by Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Your individual OnCall provider will depend on your location and symptoms.
OnCall is available 7 days a week, 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
OnCall service is only available for locations in Davidson County and the cities of Brentwood, Franklin, Hendersonville or Nolensville.
