How do I get full access?
Visit a Vanderbilt clinic or Guest Services. Bring a photo ID and ask a staff member for full access to your My Health at Vanderbilt account.

What is the difference between limited and full access?
Limited access lets you message your provider. Full access lets you message your provider, view your test results, see specific patient information related to your health, view your Vanderbilt charges, see what your insurance company has paid, pay your bills, see your future appointments and more.

I am a patient, but while registering the system said it could not find me as a patient and I ended up registering as a non-patient. How can this be corrected?


Log into your non-patient account and review your first name, last name, social security number (SSN), and date of birth (DOB). You may have incorrectly typed your personal information. If this is the case, please re-register for an account with your correct personal If this is not the case, we may have your SSN or DOB wrong in our system. Please click on this
