Error Messages

When I visited My Health at Vanderbilt website and attempted to retrieve my messages, I encountered an error message stating unable to retrieve your message basket . What does this mean?
You may encounter this message if you have a slow internet connection or high internet traffic. Wait a few minutes and attempt to retrieve your messages again.

I received an error message Trouble retrieving your message, please try clicking again. If you continue to experience trouble please contact the help desk @ 615-343-HELP (4357)"

I clicked on a section within My Health at Vanderbilt and this message appeared Your session has expired. If you are experiencing difficulty viewing your lab results and messaging your doctor, your browser may not have been set up properly to handle cookies from MyHealthAtVanderbilt.com. Please click here for more information. What does this mean?
When in My Health at Vanderbilt and you do not log out appropriately when you go back to it and try to view something you may see this message. At this point, click on Log Out and then log back into your account and you should be able to view the information you were attempting to access.
