I like Dr. Arain, and believe him to be a knowledgeable, competent physician. It is just that he is habitually late for appointments. This particular visit was unique because of the weather conditions, but it shouldn't have taken 40 minutes to cross the street, even assuming he was not advised of the temporary relocation.
