Vicki Shaub was very thorough, thoughtful and professional. She took the time to call me with test results late on a Friday afternoon when I expected to have to wait until Monday. Very impressive!

Was in for a regular physical. Told her that I needed my thyroid checked for prescription. She didn't ask how I was feeling on the current dose. We received the results online where it showed that my thyroid levels were at the very low end of normal and had significantly decreased over the last approx 18 months. Her online comments about my test results said that since I was feeling fine on the current dose of medication that we would not change it. The problem is that during my appointment we didn't talk about how I was feeling. I have been very tired lately and have to wonder if I am on the correct dose.
