This was our first visit with this provider, and we were very impressed.

This was an overall bad experience with Dr Fritzchertz. He did not have my medical records that were faxed to him over a month prior . He was in prepared . He came into my room with a cross armed stance . He was very rude and unprofessional. He was very arrogant and blatantly stated that every Cardiologist two of which have gone in my heart , once recently confirmed my cardiac defect he said that they were all wrong and had no clue what they were looking for or what they were talking about. He had a lack of concern for my decline in my oxygen level especially after a walk test was performed and I was severely short of breath and had to put on my oxygen . He wanted to know why the cardiologist who saw me in the Hospital in October felt the need to send me to a congenital heart specialist. He never spoke to this Dr on that Wednesday or any other day that I am aware of either . He brushed me off with so much lack of concern . He had no empathy at all . I am a Nurse and you listen to your patients . They know their bodies more than anyone . You have subjective and objective information when it comes to patients and all he cared about was his opinion . I will not be making the $130 payment . You can write it off ! I will never return to see this careless physician or recommend him to anyone .

I have appreciated Dr. Krischertz's thoroughness and honesty in my condition and his advice, at both visits I have had with him.

As a mom, I could not ask for a better cardiologist and team to help and watch for my son. My husband and I trust Dr. Frischertz and are so thankful for his knowledge and the way he explains everything.
