I drove 2 1/2 hours for this visit. He was in and out of room in less than 5 minutes. He did not take the time to listen to my concerns and questions about Botox for migraine treatment.
Patient | March 1, 2017

Give multiple recommendations for family & friends to see Dr. Uskavitch.
Patient | February 22, 2017

The visit felt rushed. The doctor seemed to decide on a course of treatment right away even though it did not address all of my concerns he seemed surprised when I asked for clarification.
Patient | February 3, 2017

This is the first time I have seen this provider and he spent less than 5 minutes in the exam room with me. He had already decided a course of treatment before speaking with me or examining me. In fact he did NOT do a physical assessment at all. I am self pay and it is very difficult for me to pay the high price of the office visits. To pay $125 for no actual medical care is disheartening.
Patient | January 31, 2017

Very hurried manner, did not seem interested in what I had to say. Did not explain recommended treatment just that we wait for insurance approval - it's all about money right.
Patient | December 29, 2016

This provider welcomes information provided by the patient's family, to supplement his own observations.
Patient | December 21, 2016

Very professional.
Patient | December 13, 2016

Just passed me on to yet another doctor - wasted my time and #10 co-pay - not familiar with my past and wanted to take me off meds??
Patient | December 1, 2016

always a wonderful experience!
Patient | October 24, 2016

This provider has cared for me for 3 years and he is fantastic, efficient & knowledgeable.
Patient | October 6, 2016

This provider was excellent but I did not agree with him that I didn't need my yearly MRI.
Patient | September 3, 2016

I was utterly dismissed _____ I brought up a concern, he said, 'there are theories.' Nothing else.
Patient | August 24, 2016

This was the worst experience I have had with any doctor in my adult life.
Patient | August 22, 2016

My previous medication became not as effective as it should be. I was immediately prescribed an additional medication to take which I had taken in the past and had a negative reaction to. I was told to take a vitamin along with this medication. There were no blood tests given. It really felt like a short quick answer which was a shot in the dark. I'm pretty reluctant to taking additional medication if I don't have to.
Patient | August 9, 2016

Just hate that he is temporary, and retiring soon also.
Patient | August 1, 2016

Dr. David R.Uskavitch may be the very best doctor that Vanderbilt has in this field but he sure does not have the best manners all the way around. I tried to speak to him about several things and he just blew me off as if I was not even in the room or really didn't have time for my questions and I happen to be his first patient of the day.I started mention the Doctor who I was seeing at Vanderbilt and how she did something and he made some smart remarks about her several time and I didn't think that was appropriate to be doing that. If you as a Doctor or another colleague you should be bad mouthing out in public!!! Now Dr.Uskavitch may not want see me again after my August appoint.
Patient | June 23, 2016
