She was a lovely person. After getting some bloodwork that was off, a medication change was ordered with no blood work recheck until I asked for one. I know this is just a temporary fill in provider for me until Vanderbilt assigned me to a doctor, but without a doctor like I had in the past, no one seems to be watching the care as a doctor should for their patient. The care feels very impersonal. I am sorry the department is having such problems.
