After waiting so long to see Dr. Kelley, she only spent 10 minutes with my daughter. Then to be told that she would have to go wait at a different lab clinic for blood work was a "slap-in-the-face". My baby was hungry & dizzy. There wasn't anything I could do about it. I felt awful.
