Patient | January 13, 2017

On several occasions Dr. Bao has arranged appointments with other doctors for me. I really like and trust her opinions and recommendations.
Patient | December 18, 2016

Dr. Bao is awesome!
Patient | December 8, 2016

Dr. Bao has never been anything but great in my eyes. She shows her concern for my health, she answers questions well. I have asked for a referral for another problem and she asked what I felt like were good questions to get me where I needed and I was very satisfied when I visited that provider (at Vanderbilt) as well. I have referred people to Dr. Bao and I believe hands down she is the best at responding and following up for them.
Patient | November 22, 2016

Dr. Bao is one of the best most caring Doctors I've ever had. She is caring, and extremely knowledgeable and won't give up until she finds the issue. I've had other dr's tell me I had to live with my condition and she absolutely would not accept that and helped me. She is kind and remembers me after several months and even details of my life and condition. She is truly a wonderful doctor and I am very grateful for her.
Patient | November 21, 2016

If she could serve as my primary health care provider, I would use her - best overall experience I ever had with MD.
Patient | November 18, 2016

The best doctor and staff I have ever gone to in my life! (I am 63).
Patient | October 31, 2016

Dr. Bao is excellent - she provides very clear communication and is a patient, attentive listener with constructive input. Her expertise & directions are clear, and I feel confident with her as my doctor.

I have missed several appts with Dr. Bao, although she brought them to my attention out of concern she was very caring and understanding. Dr. Bao made me I understand the importance of my appointments for the betterment of my health. I really appreciate Dr. Bao's concern for my health.
Patient | August 23, 2016

Patient | June 14, 2016

Should be top doctor in Vanderbilt.
Patient | May 26, 2016

I love Dr Bro but she always seems to be in a hurry, not letting me speak as long as I would like
Patient | May 10, 2016

Dr. Bao is the best endocrinologist I have ever had.
Patient | May 9, 2016

There is no need for undue criticism. This was a god experience.
Patient | April 26, 2016

First time I saw her.
Patient | April 21, 2016

Again SEEMED VERY rushed - even though few people waiting in office -
Patient | April 6, 2016

Dr. need to let her patient talk and not talk over them. She is likely to miss something in there care from a previous dr that she did not know. Her talking over you make you feel like what you have to say is not important.
Patient | March 15, 2016

As I stated earlier, Dr. Bao is perhaps my favorite provider, ever. I wish she could be my primary provider.
Patient | February 18, 2016

I went to see Dr. Bao regarding my Hashimoto's disease and I knew that I would be having blood work drawn at my appointment. The whole purpose of my appointment was to assess my symptoms and see if my TSH and T4 levels were normal. I sent a message to Dr. Bao and asked if I could have my blood work done prior to my appointment so we could discuss my results during my visit. She told me no and that she would not order the blood work until I came in for my visit. I honestly think that this makes no sense. My blood work results are an integral part of determining my thyroid function and I felt like my office visit was a waste of time because I did not learn any new information about how my thyroid is doing. I feel like having by blood work done prior to my visit would have been more efficient and made more sense.
Patient | February 15, 2016

Accomplished nothing
Patient | February 8, 2016

I really appreciate the time Dr. Bao spent with me and explaining my condition in plain English. Very nice touch for a change. She did not talk AT me! Thank you Dr. Bao.
Patient | February 2, 2016

I really like Dr Bao. Recently being diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis I don't understand all the tests and what the results mean. I have read and studied as much as I can and feel lost. My body is failing and I don't understand everything. I ask
