Dr. Brown was great but spending close to two hours in the clinic for an appointment that lasted maybe 10 minutes was really frustrating. Part of the issue was that I did arrive 15 minutes early as I was instructed to do. Maybe for end of the day appointments, don't tell people to arrive early. I left another meeting early to get to this appointment early.

It was the end of the day. Not a whole lot of time left to spend. I would've liked to have known his comments about the OCT scan; and what it showed; and any changes. That wasn't discussed. I would've liked to discuss whatever surgical options. We didn't. We decided to come back in a month. Maybe THEN, hopefully...

After 6 years of treatment for glaucoma under 2 providers, Dr. Brown said "You might not even have glaucoma" in a way that made me thing he was being cavalier or arrogant.

All doctors could learn about patient relations from this health care provider. I actually enjoy my appts even tho I don't necessarily enjoy the tests. However, they are of prime importance and my provider has thoroughly explained it to me.

The doctor should be given more time to spend with individual patients. Forty dollar co-pay plus what the insurance pays for a visit is a bit much for three to five minutes in the doctors presence.
